ROLL OUT PROCESS
  • Sign agreement;
  • Week 1: Announce partnership and execute sales campaign to tenants;
  • Week 2: Execute sales campaign to the Shopping Centres' surrounding community;
  • Week 3: specify locations, configurations and mark off locations together with Operations & Security;
  • Week 4: Installation of racks;
  • Week 5: Mall sign off on Installation;
  • Week 6: Follow up with security and operations.
